Your LOC rates
Base rate and date-based or period rates: week, month or season. Separate cleaning and linen, minimum nights and a stay estimate. Platform prices are not changed.
Your welcome guide and QR code
Complete the LOC template, save a draft and publish a shareable version. The link, QR code and PDF become available after publication.
A planner for your stays
Record and update stays you know about. Confirmed stays block enquiries for those dates on LOC. External calendars depend on their iCal imports and may update with a delay.
Messages in your own style
Five editable templates: confirmation, preparation, arrival, departure and thanks. Review each draft before sending it manually. Automatic WhatsApp sending is not included at this stage.
A simple process, a verified listing
- Registration and responsible person’s details
- Property presentation and required information
- Application review before publication
Before publication: responsible person’s identity, proof of ownership, property insurance, NIF / NIE tax number and VV tourism registration. A mandate is needed when acting for the owner, and national registration where applicable. LOC reviews the file; uploading alone is not approval.
Clear pricing
€29 per month and per property, plus 7% IGIC. For a booking obtained through LOC: an additional 5% on accommodation nights, excluding cleaning and laundry, plus IGIC.
Example: €600 for accommodation + €90 cleaning and laundry → LOC commission of €30 excluding IGIC, calculated only on the €600 accommodation amount.
You or your providers arrange cleaning, laundry, keys, check-in, check-out and repairs.
