Why do we collect it?
- Contact enquiries: name, email, optional phone number, service and message, to reply and prepare your project.
- Access to owner offers: first name, surname, email, phone and property location, to provide access and discuss your enquiry.
- Booking enquiries: contact details, property, dates, number of guests and message, to check the stay and prepare the booking with you.
- LOC newsletter: email and language, to send the weekly newsletter if you have requested it separately.
- Administrator access: login data required for website security and management.
Enquiries about your project or a booking support the pre-contractual discussions you request. Newsletter registration is based on your consent. Technical security data protects the website. Owner registration never automatically subscribes you to the newsletter.
Access and retention
Information is accessible to the LOC team to process enquiries and to technical providers needed for hosting and messaging. Internal notifications are sent to the LOC business mailbox. Your data is not sold.
Enquiries are retained while they are processed and during discussions about your project. If a contractual relationship is established, necessary information is retained throughout it and afterwards in line with legal retention obligations and the periods needed to exercise or defend rights. Newsletter data is used until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Write to the LOC address above. You may also contact theSpanish Data Protection Agency ↗.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, partners or other websites take you to their own services and policies. Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your browser contacts that provider to display them.
LOC Digital · documents privés
To review a property, LOC requests relevant identity, ownership, insurance, tax number and registration details, plus a mandate when represented. Documents and tax numbers are encrypted on the server and accessible only to the relevant owner and LOC administrators. They are not included in the catalogue, public guide or guest messages. You may mask unrelated information and ask LOC to replace or remove documents no longer needed.
Lettre LOC · confirmation et désinscription
New subscriptions activate after email confirmation. The link expires after 24 hours. Unconfirmed requests are cleared during service maintenance after seven days. Each edition includes an unsubscribe link. A hash of your address may remain on a suppression list to prevent further mail without renewed confirmation.
